Roles and Responsibilities
We are hiring for *HDFC ERGO General Insurance Co Ltd*

Designation : Customer Support Executive

Process: Inbound/ Outbound
Location : Guindy -Chennai
Should be open to work from office
Salary offered from 18K to 25K
Experience – 6 Month – 3 Year in Health Insurance / Digital Sales Insurance. Sales in BPO industry preferred

Requirements :
At least 6 Month experience in Insurance sales / Health Insurance Mandatory
Should be proficient & spontaneous in Hindi / English/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam
Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
Should be passionate for growth and Incentive
Should not be more than 30 years of age
Should be vaccinated ( Covid )
Responsibilities :

Should be good in analyzing customer’s need of insurance and assisting him buying the best plan (On Call)
High Level of Target Orientation of accomplishing weekly / Monthly target independently
Should be open to work six days in a week and weekly off would be on roster basis
Should be prepared and Insightful
Ensuring No miss-selling / Unethical practices in the processes
Good understanding and adherence of Quality metrics and processes
