Requirement for the Position Senior Customer Service Associate (Level 2 / 3) (BE/B. Tech Graduates are not Eligible) Locations of work: Bangalore / Pune Pre-requisites: Candidate must be an Indian citizen and above 18 years of age Candidates should not have any backlogs for participating in the hiring process Candidate needs to possess good communication skills Candidate needs to be flexible to get allocated to any of the mentioned Mphasis operating locations Candidate needs to be flexible to work in any shift as per business requirement.
