What you\'ll do

  • You will report to Project Director to contribute toward Global Telecom Team.
  • Act as a link between the customer and project director, the Business Consultant Senior contributes to the building of trusted and valuable partnerships with our customers.
  • The core function of this role is to manage a full customer engagement including scope, budget, resources, deliverables, issues, and escalations while managing the customer\'s expectations and prioritizing future work.
  • You\'ll collaborate with other members of the project and account teams to ensure that we are adding value to our customers while solving for their toughest challenges.

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Desired, related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in English in a business environment
  • Ability to apply technical, and declarative skills to quickly assess, diagnose, and design digital monetization solutions that solve our customer\'s toughest business challenges.
  • Lead customer through the discovery process to understand their pain points and define business configuration to deliver client requirements.
  • 5+ years of experience documenting user-centered requirements relevant to achieving the customer\'s goals and objectives.
  • Experience Provide sound consulting guidance related to best practices, adoption, platform development, and leveraging 3rd parties to streamline current and future business processes.
  • Communicate insights and plans to cross-functional teams. Construct workflow diagrams and charts.
  • Guide the customer delineation of personal preferences or other non-essential modifications and core our needs.
  • You\'ll need to have the experience to translates business requirements to technical requirements while balancing them between what\'s technically feasible and financially and functionally reasonable.
  • Ability to identify customer requests that are not addressed by the SaaS solution and provide appropriate responses; guide back to OOTB capabilities.
  • Facilitate and guide customer workshops while managing to the contracted service definition.
