We are hiring for our US Based Financial Services Client

Role/Process: Senior Business Consultant

{Process Modelling & RCSA}

Work Location: Bangalore:

Shifts: Mid Shifts

Work Experience Range: 6 yrs- 10 yrs

Essential Skills & Experience:

- RCSA Service modelling

- Business Process Design, Process Modelling, Service modelling & current & target operating models

- Hands on experience with modelling tools IGrafx, ARIS, Signavio, Visio BPM etc

- Exposure to process modelling techniques and standard notations like BPMN, UML , EPC

- Relevant 2-3 yrs in Project management/Business analysis

Responsibilities:

- Experience with Business Process Design, Process Modelling, Service modelling & current & target operating models

- Exposure to process modelling techniques and standard notations like BPMN, UML , EPC etc

- Hands on experience with modelling tools IGrafx, ARIS, Signavio, Visio BPM etc.

- Strong communication & collaboration skills to drive meetings with numerous stakeholders in order to achieve outcomes

- Partner with Service Modeling teams to update the base file and underlying metadata to support CIB RCSA execution efforts for Markets, Commercial Real Estate, Operations, COO and Banking.

- Attend RCSA Service Modeling calls and provide support with taking notes, making updates to Service Models utilizing iGrafx

- Partner with CIB BPM team to ensure timely remediation of DQM anomalies, Change Requests, COSO scenarios, and other ongoing internal initiatives.

- Coordinate with various stakeholders such as operations/business leads, technology leads and other support leads across various locations to ensure timely execution of projects

- Coordinate with CIB LOB stakeholders to seek timely approvals on solutions/projects as needed

- Track and monitor progress of the projects and deliverables and provide regular updates to the CIB BPM team and other senior management & stakeholders
