Senior Business Analyst

The role will support Finance Service (FSO) \xe2\x80\x93 Performance Excellence team to help create method of works that drives report simplification and efficiency. This role will partner with the Technology team and will be responsible for monitoring, creating, and sending reports/dashboards related to Real-time Latency.

Provides complex analysis on large volumes of data to provide useful data, insights and reports for internal clients, supporting the build of data solutions and capabilities to tackle business problems.

In the Finance Business Operations team supporting all functional heads in producing the MDMs & KPIs for the FSO Team. Working for this team will challenge you to use your technical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills to identify outliers, errors and problems in a variety of process and data.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional who will come in from day one and take a senior lead on our team. Your job is to understand requirements, work closely with stakeholders and partners to apply the most efficient methods in delivering. Be able to pick up new work items and operationalize it. You will need to have knowledge of major process and databases in Accounts Payable /Accounts receivable and Billing to Cash teams. Continuous learning the subject-domains relevant to business delivery teams supported. You should be able to articulate and communicate with technical and non-technical people.

Job Requirements:

  • The ability to handle complexity and think logically with incredible attention to detail
  • Identify opportunities to automate. Create automation projects and lead it to success.
  • Working closely with Stakeholders for these areas.
  • Experience & knowledge in Power BI in creating dashboards.
  • Ability to understand the data flow and the architecture of the production databases and learn the structure of any new databases that gets designed to support production in this area.
  • Define Quality methodology . An understanding of quality management methodologies and concepts.
  • Developing and broadening your skills through mentoring and collaboration with experienced professionals
  • Full support to high profile projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Defining, organizing and running projects
  • Translating end user needs to requirements (preferably using design thinking methodologies)
  • Lead projects, removing obstacles and taking ownership to find creative solutions
  • Manage all level stakeholder engagements to discover problems and use cases as well as to translate business impact of on-going and completed projects
  • Build domain expertise in Customer ops data and database.
  • Learn and share knowledge / skills to build team capability
  • Works collaboratively to ensure data stores and applications adhere to defined data management and data access practices, policies, and procedures
  • Provides complex reports, with both quantitative / qualitative analysis, analyzing large data-sets, for internal or external reports
  • Manages requests from stakeholders, liaising with Analytics teams across different geographies to ensure co-ordination and consistent data reporting across the Group
  • Translates business needs into data analysis and reporting solutions, and automates requests where appropriate
  • Collect, extract, analyze, interpret and report key data from complex data sets
  • Lead the automation development from lead to implementation.
  • Define technical requirements and create high level specifications to ensure feasibility, functionality and integration of automation.
  • Supports the build of systems and processes to transform raw data into actionable business insights and intellectual property
  • Helps to develop strategies for effective data analytics and management of data sources, for internal and external purposes
  • Applies industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance, working closely with Business Development to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
  • Knowledge of Accounts payable/cash apps/billing/Account Receivable preferable
  • Stakeholder management

Desired Skills
  • Experience in producing and rapidly delivering minimum viable solutions, results focused with ability to prioritize the most impactful deliverables.
  • Confidence in communicating with senior stakeholders
  • Data Visualization with tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Positive attitude to learning new skills and technologies
  • Story telling through data
  • Exposure to some of the following technologies and tools: MS Office Packages. Specially in advance Excel.
  • Experience in SQL/Power BI/ power Apps//Tableau// database knowledge preferably oracle/SAP
  • Experience with database use, database platforms and analyzing large datasets
  • Previous experience working in report creation, modelling, and trend forecasting
