: This role is part of a Global Delivery team that provides support for U.S. and international HR processes, and key stakeholders will predominantly be U.S. HR and Digital Channel and Service Delivery Experience business partners. This role reports to the Global Delivery leader for HR India and the Philippines. Human Resources develops and implements our 'employees, candidates, and operational' strategies to support Wells Fargo's business objectives. This group manages compensation and benefits, human resource service centers, systems and payroll, employee relations and assistance, talent management, learning and development, and recruiting. We work together as One HR to make Wells Fargo an employer of choice. This role is part of Human Resources and services the Digital Channel and Service Delivery Experience Team. It supports and enable the Digital Channels & Service Delivery Experience team to advance solutions or execute processes to achieve business results Responsibilities include: - Administer and synchronize content documentation and validation processes to minimize risk and enable content credibility, e.g., cross-channel content inventory, requirements solution documents. Assist in documenting procedures and tools for operational routines. Adhere to and provide input to refine team operating procedures and governance providing subject matter knowledge and interpretation to others, as needed. Perform business operations that are administrative in nature complete tasks as assigned Provide support and coordination for solution delivery, e.g., schedule meetings, take notes, synthe info/follow up, organize major deliverables, etc. Gather, review, and compile operational reporting, e.g., ServiceNow SLAs, content/solution performance, user feedback, and identify trends Fulfill solution development and deployment, including proactive and effective tracking of progress and completion. Facilitate efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness of solutions. Escalate concerns related to the assigned operation. Provide ongoing testing of solutions Required Qualifications, International: Experience in Community Relations, Business Operations, and Quality Assurance, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications : - Familiarity with Workday, ServiceNow, SharePoint Publishing and/or MS Teams.
