Requirements analysis, conceptual, solution strategy & design
- Consulting about demands, requests; suggest best practices and define solution concepts.
- Implement Change Requests & Releases of SAP BPC and SAC Planning
- Realization of solutions: Design & develop data models and the technical implementation of SAP BPC & SAC processes & Implementation of data entry, workflow and approval steps.
- Monitor SAP BPC and SAC as well as
troubleshooting and bug fixing in close collaboration with a global service team
- Develop & support ABAP programs and HANA SQL
- Develop strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and providers
- Support of the SAP BI systems and the associated interfaces with other services
- Monitor & implement improvement measures & Supports
- Manage support and incidents according to defined Service Level Agreements
- Working on further implementation towards
state-of-the-art BI solutions
