Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities: Provide code assessment and analysis to determine compliance with open-source licenses using Blackduck hub. Lead OSS compliance governance programme office. Identify usage of OSS in developed software applications and protect intellectual property. Support legal, and development team in mitigating open-source license risk. Prepare a report to communicate outcomes of OSS license validations. Actively engage with software engineers to comply with open-source license obligations. Review open-source contributions made by the engineers. Review OSS governance standard Develop and deploy training for employees on open-source best practices for consumption and contribution to compliance. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or relevant experience. Experience of using Blackduck Hub. Knowledge of Intellectual Property laws is a plus. Experience in OSS consulting at a large organization. Reviewed a substantial number of OSS projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
