Job Description


Job Overview: The position is an individual contributor role in the Global Facilitation team. This position report to the Senior Manager Talent Development & Learning, India. The role is a part of the Global Human Resources team. The Senior Associate ( open to sub levels) is responsible for basic Functional and Professional Skills trainings, Producing / supporting sessions and administration related activities of the Learning Management System (LMS).
Job Summary:
In this role,

  • The Senior Associate / Team Lead will primarily be responsible for leading basic functional and professional skills training programs along with supporting the New Hire Onboarding curricula.
  • As a secondary responsibility the Senior Associate / Team Lead will be responsible for being a part of the projects handled by the Learning team and contributing to the same.

  • Master and deliver the Functional trainings and New Hire curriculums.
  • Design and deliver both traditional classroom training and facilitate virtual training sessions.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements
  • Working knowledge of Financial Concepts

Skills & Experience
  • 3 to 4 years’ of experience working in Global Delivery ( fund accounting/financial reporting/ custody/ corporate actions/ derivatives/ private markets/ bank loans/middle office COE team / structure
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Client / customer servicing & stakeholder management
  • Working in a virtual environment & team
  • Playing point for all training related query management activities
  • Agile/dynamic & ability to learn new systems & technology
  • Reporting & analytical skills
  • MS office tools expertise

Good to have attributes / skills
  • Worked in financial organizations / process or has financial acumen
  • Working in a virtual team / environment
  • Savvy on various training technology & systems (includes Learning Management System (LMS) like Cornerstone, PeopleSoft, Saba, etc., office applications)
  • Significant knowledge / experience training using live training platforms like WebEx / Zoom, Microsoft Teams meeting, etc.
