You\'ll be managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance. Prefer Citrix Certified professional with 6+ years of experience in Citrix technologies and working in a mid to large organization. . Should have expertise on Citrix XenDesktop , XenApp, Storefront and Netscaler. . Should have good knowledge on Operating systems like Windows Server12/16/19. . Should be able to manage all aspects of design, performance-monitoring, tuning, scripting, upgrades and maintenance of all production VDI systems. . Installation, Configuration of NetScaler SDX, MPX, VPX and ADM. . Resolving escalated issues related to NetScaler and ADM. . Should have significant knowledge on monitoring infrastructure via various monitoring and alerting tools like SCOM & SPLUNK etc. . Managing core infrastructure evergreening and migrations . Knowledge on Windows desktop OS hosted in a virtual environment. . Good technical and problem and application analytical Skills on XenApp 6.5 and 7.x Netscaler SDX /VPX products. . Citrix VDA image creation and performance optimization . Good Knowledge of Citrix Policies and GPO\'s. . . Expert on all versions of Citrix. (Preferably XenApp 6.5 and 7.x) and strong knowledge of Citrix NetScaler SDX & VPX/ Storefront /Web Interface / Director / Edge sight and the communication between them and Citrix farm. . Understanding of SSL Certificate and performing the updates and renewal on Servers and NetScaler device. . Good in understanding the various upgrade actions on Citrix Products (XenApp and NetScaler). . Managing Citrix storefront and MS/ Citrix Licensing. . Capable of resolving the security-based problems on Citrix. . Trouble shooting Citrix based problems with Root cause analysis and strong fundamentals Strong knowledge on ICA HDX clients. . Having significant knowledge on Server Virtualization Hypervisor VMware ESXi , vCenter, SQL Database, SAN storage & Networking. . Must have good verbal and written communication skills as the job role involves interaction with multiple stakeholders across the globe + Senior management. . Should be willing to work 24x7 . Should be aware of ITIL & Agile processes. .
