About the Department Finance Global Business Services (GBS), Bangalore was established in 2007, is currently responsible for supporting Accounting, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Commercial Analytics, Financial Planning & Analytics for Head Quarters at Denmark, Region Europe, North America, International Operations & Global Service Centre Bangalore. Commercial Analytics is part of Finance GBS and was founded in June 2013 with the idea of establishing a team consisting of dedicated analytics professionals to provide the best-in-class analytical services and insights to the global organization. The main purpose of our existence is to provide superior service to our stakeholders consistently and add value to the processes in terms of standardization and efficiency. The Position As Senior Associate II the key responsibilities: Utilize strong comprehension skills to understand the contract language between Customer (Pharmacy Benefit Managers- PBM) & NNI to logically conclude the intent of the contracts. Maintain Formulary Exclusion Tracker, timely update effort bench marking tracker & KYC of each customer. Independently execute tasks/projects with minimal supervision. Generate clear, concise, and business relevant reports whenever there is scope Submit ad hoc requests as when required by NNI (USA) Contract Management & Compliance team/ Rebate Management team. Good commercial knowledge for Pharma industry to add value to the business discussions and decisions. Complete ownership of the deliverables from end-to-end with a mind-set of continuous improvement\' and share recommendations. Qualifications Master\'s Degree (preferably within quantitative/management discipline) from a well-recognized institute. Under-graduate degree in Finance, Commerce, or other streams. Good academic track records and grades. Around 3 years of relevant experience in Pharma industry. Consulting experience would be a plus. Experience in rebate or formulary operations preferred. Knowledge of Pharma Industry formulary concepts and processes. Knowledge of US Healthcare Insurance and Pharmaceutical Manufacturer Rebate and Formulary Processes. Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with demonstrated experience in analysing complex situations, collecting data, effectively synthesizing the analytics/data to form a complete, cohesive picture. Technical skills : Must have: Hands-on experience in MS Excel (Advanced) Preferred: Model N. Plus: Knowledge of VBA IQVIA databases, SAP user (Business Warehouse and/or Business Objects).
