Position description: The Senior Account Manager_Renewal is responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring a great customer experience with existing customers to ensure the renewal of exsisting business ,mainitaing the ASP and enhance revenue through upselling and cross selling

Primary Responsibilities:

  • 100% renewal of exsisting business with enhancement of revenue from upselling and cross selling
  • Manage accounts, including account planning and sales forecasting and engaging cross-functional resources and working with the virtual teams to ensure alignment across the organizations
  • Customarily and regularly engage with decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties.
  • Provide sales leadership and experience on large, complex renewal opportunities.
  • To achieve monthly, quarterly ,yearly renewal quota
  • Need to have a thorough account mapping and good Customer relationship
  • Regular engagement with the partner and relationship
  • Tracking and submission of daily activity report

  • Extensive experience selling technology solutions where you were recognized as a top performer
  • World-class customer management and strategic selling skills to enhance the success of our customers' business and the growth of QH.
