REPORTING MANAGER- Senior GM - Communications, Global Marketing India

SCOPE OF WORK-

The primary scope of work for the candidate will be-

SCOPE DESCRIPTION

Internal Communications - Lead and Manage All Key Employee Communication Events including Employee Townhall, Excom Messages, Leadership Forums, etc.

- Support businesses by sharing constant updates about the company and business units - leverage various platforms: emailers, yammer, spice intranet portal and other InCom digital tools

- Support strategic internal communication projects

- Plan, edit & write content for a variety of internal communications platforms - intranet portal, yammer etc.

External Communications - Support External Communications engagements for corporate functions/business units

- Support in external communication strategic projects

- Media Relationship Management working with journalists of C Level, Tier 1 and All Media

- Liaison with PR Agency

- Regular Competitive Analysis & Insights to Accelerate Media Share of Voice

Top Management/Executive Communication - Drafting content for Zone President & Key Spokespersons like CMO, CHRO, CFO etc. for varied media/non-media engagements including presentations, blogs, social media posts etc.

KEY SKILLS -

- Multi-Tasking - ability to do handle multiple tasks simultaneously comprising Internal Comms and External Comms

- Content Writing skills - ability to create/write content across varied genres depending on business need

- Strategic Thinking - Ability to understand the key trends and insights to draft the right narrative for Schneider Electric

- Storytelling - ability to create and narrate a credible story

- Strong Collaboration and People skills

Education and Experience

- Master\'s degree in journalism / Mass Communication from a top institute

- Min. 8 years\' experience managing internal and external communication for a Tier 1 MNC/Indian Company
