Senior Manager Facilities

- Will be responsible for providing leadership to the wider Regional team and will be accountable for leading the Facilities Management function and for ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements.

- The position holder will assist in the development of FM strategy and be responsible for implementation in conjunction with the Associate Director Administration

- Provide input into the facilities management strategy and Capital Projects contributing to business cases for major projects.

- Proactive involvement in the planning of initiatives and Capital Projects

- Prepare the budgets for Rest of western region.

- The position holder will be responsible for building effective relationships with key business stakeholders

- Communicate, influence and gain buy-in from stakeholders on Facilities management strategy and direction

- Partner and develop relationships with key business stakeholders to effectively understand their requirements and business direction

- Influence key business stakeholders in direction of facilities management and projects initiatives

- Ensure effective monitoring of stakeholder feedback

- The post holder will be accountable for managing the FM contract (for locations within geographic remit) ensure full compliance with company governance.

- Conduct Safety trainings periodically and ensure all the basic Safety requirements are in place to provide safe working environment to employees.

- Conduct safety audits and record Safety incidents and near miss incidents.

- Prepare quarterly Safety Metrics and submit to Corporate Safety Dept for Quarterly Business review meeting.

Desired profile :

- Graduate with PG in management preferred

- Understanding of building management systems.

- Understanding of the process of facilities management

- Some of the key behaviors responsible, financial acumen and people centric.

- Minimum 8 years in facilities management and related soft skills.
