Job Description

- Sales & Strategic Partnerships Role- Unstop (Formerly Dare2Compete) is looking for a Sales and Strategic Partnerships who will oversee maximizing the revenue of the company. His/Her task is to set realistic expectations and push through on expectations with determination and drive to make company revenues grow as much as possible. He/She needs to strategize avenues to make revenue for our existing products as well as suggest and implement newer product ideas. He/She is responsible for the operations of a company's sales force, development and implementation of annual sales, monitoring the performance of teams and sales goals, and meeting with other company managers to ensure that business objectives are executed properly and right on schedule.Responsibilities of the Candidate :- Strategize on maximizing revenue for the company from existing as well as new products and services- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments- Analyze the market's potential, track sales, and status reports- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services- Build strategic relationships with brands for barter deals- Explore potential partnerships and structure partnership agreements to drive user acquisition, traffic, and brand awareness- Build strategic relationships with brands, prospective partners and manage complex partnerships to achieve the company's goals- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trendsSoft Skills Required : Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, quick thinker, self-starter, ability to formulate and adapt business alliance & partnership strategyEligibility :- Candidates should hold an MBA degree or undergraduate degree- Freshers and candidates up to 5 years of B2B sales experience would be preferred- Brownie point for the member of the placement team of the institution- Brownie point for candidates who hold a degree in B-Tech or related courses- Candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset will be given a higher preference (ref:updazz.com)
