:1. Develop Corporate and Institutional Sales for Backpack Category. Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company\'s sales goals. 2. Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement - Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth. 3. The individual will develop and execute sales plans for target accounts and need to have demonstrated experience in similar domain. 4. Responsible for Business Development - to map and bring new business /large customer accounts. 5. Establish a professional working relationship with decision makers and C-Level to develop a core understanding of the clients unique business needs.
