Role Description Le Seasons is seeking a full-time Sales & Reservation Executive to join our team in Delhi, India. As a Sales & Reservation Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and driving sales of Le Seasons properties. Your on-site presence will ensure that all guests will have a seamless end-to-end experience. You will work closely with management teams to handle all issues that affect the sales and reservation process, including responding to guest inquiries, managing reservations, monitoring sales trends, and developing sales strategies. Qualifications Excellent communication in English and Hindi Customer-service oriented and passionate about hospitality Experience with sales and reservations in the hospitality industry Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation management systems Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Hospitality, Business, or a related field Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations
