Job Details This role to have prior work experience of two to three years as SFDC Admin in similar environment (Salesforce certified Admin preferably with degree in computer science. Need to be proficient in excel and advanced functions of excel for working on various sales reports. This role will include creating & terminating salesforce user accounts, allocating roles / profiles / workflows , managing access, maintain database hygiene, training users on sales policies change, Salesforce updation & issue resolution, end-user support & performing database maintenance tasks including diagnostic tests (UAT, duplicate entry cleaning etc. This role will include building custom reports and dashboards as per Sales Director & Sales Leaders needs for sales forecast. (Including weekly pipeline tracking for new generation, tracking secure to plan changes, forecast working with Sales Director, tracking forward looking pipeline with GM, working with Sales Managers on pipeline sufficiency on weekly basis This role will involve working with Sales & other (IBC, SPIMP teams on Sales incentives tracking (monthly & Quarterly basis, incentive dispute resolution, regular performance tracking of sales person & Sales Managers against plan, top & under performer working, Secure outlook working on weekly basis through war room call, Salesforce to ERP booked orders tracking, monthly working with finance on final reconciliation.
