Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities : Develop DSA/Offline channels for sourcing Business loans : A target-oriented role working with the business teams for sourcing unsecured business loans via DSA/other offline channels. Operations executives 1. Having Loan case file in proper order 2. Ensuring all communication with customer once documents are received 3. Ensuring all TAT\'s are followed in moving the loan file forward 4. Providing all necessary customer support Activities and Tasks : Identify and engage with top tier DSA networks/offline channels for sourcing business loans and scale these channels over a period of time Actively work with business/product teams for collecting market feedback on the product market fit/market research Liaison with internal marketing/sales/tele-calling team in driving customer outreach programs/lead gen efforts and conversions Skills : Soft skills (communication/collaboration) for engaging and managing DSA/offline channels Understanding the business loans landscape - market, competition, etc to help in developing relevant products for TG Experience and Qualification : Relevant experience of 3-4 years in the role of Executive DSA/offline channels for sourcing business loans Graduate/MBA optional
