Currently, We are looking for the Sales Executive/Sales Manager in Peenya - Bangalore.
 
Designation / Position: Sales Executive/Sales Manager

Salary                         : CTC Rs. 5,00,000/- per annum / Depends on the experience, performance & competency level of the candidates.

a) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Especially in handling spreadsheets.

b) Approximately Minimum 5-8 years from NBFC, and having proven track record in
similar fields like Unsecured Loans (Business Loan), LAP (Loan Against Property)

c) Looking for candidates based in Bangalore.

d) Having Fluency in Kannada, English and Hindi Languages.

:

1. Responsible for sourcing new clients and maintaining relationships with both
new and existing clients.

2. The work would involve managing a team of analysts, client meetings, site visits,
evaluation of prospective customer and market, understanding client’s requirements, structuring proposals/deals within the company's credit guidelines.

3. Basic understanding of financial statements and risk analysis of companies and loan/investment limits recommendation for clients.

4. Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.

5. Collect and analyse information and prepare data and sales reports.

6. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

7. Build and maintain professional networks.

8. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

9. Performing detailed background reference checks on prospective Clients.

10. Manage the portfolio of SME business clients by regularly evaluating the portfolio companies via periodic data analysis.

11. Achieve Month on Month targeted sales and profit levels for Business Loans Segment.
