We are hiring for young client They are a Digital-first solution for global logistics is Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage solution.

HQ Singapore & Corporte office in in India at Noida and majorly working in B2B

Everybody going to report Noida office only on call on Vc

What you\'ll do:

- Sound knowledge of the basics of Ocean Freight processes (Import & Export), terms, required documentation, and physical operational knowledge.

- Having a good relationship with the shipping lines & agents at a Regional Level.

- Develop market intelligence on developing pricing for different trade lanes basis discussions with carriers , Work towards achieving productivity as per company policy and innovative ideas.

- Ensure high standards of regulatory compliance in operations.

- New customers and businesses to be vetted and risk assessment is done before onboarding.

- Engage with branch personnel and endeavor to always keep the team motivated and productive. Work with, guide, and monitor the field sales team in the branch to grow existing business and achieve new business targets.

- Responsible for customer review meetings along with the sales/account manager

- Cultivated long-term relationships through a focused effort on customers\' unique needs and finding best solutions.

- Take responsibility for service delivery and problem resolution in an independent manner.

- Responsible for new market launches and identifying prospective customer base.

- Streamline costs through proactive examination and improvement of operations.

- Responsible for generating revenue and gross profit while considering volumes and customer transactions consistently for the company

Required Skills:

- Excellent oral and written communication and good listening skills

- Proven experience in opportunity identification & qualification, email draft creation, pre-call planning & call control

- Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills Ability to work individually and as part of a team with high level of integrity and work ethics.

Experience & Education:

- More than 4 years of experience in shipping/ freight forwarding/ logistics sales

- Bachelors or Masters degree
