We are having an opening for the position of Sales Manager with one of our very reputed clients at Real Estate industry at Thane (W) Location. : The position requires the Sales Manager to supervise and organize the sales team. The person will oversee managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with the marketing department on lead generation. Also, will be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team Key Responsibilities :
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with the premium builders in Thane.
  • Planning and strategizing the pre-launches.
  • Building a thorough knowledge of the market, projects and inventories.
  • Coordinating with the marketing team and working on the leads provided through various mediums.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating the training program for Sales People.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company\'s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Determining clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by being in constant touch with the customers.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Having a thorough knowledge of the post-sales related work.
Candidates Profile:
  • 3 - 6 Years in Real Estate Sales Sector (preferably in Thane).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Well organized, tenacious, and resourceful.
  • Good track record
