Position :- Agency manager Location :- Jaipur CTC:- Up to 5 LPA + Incentives + Allowances Education :- Graduation Experience :- 2 to 4 years of sales experience in insurance or banking sector Roles and Responsibilities - Hire best in class sales advisors or agency partners from open market - Train them, motivate them and make team of them - Gain more and more sales form them - Help them achieve monthly sales targets by doing self sourcing of leads - Prepare weekly and monthly reports for performance analysis - Gain more and more sales from open market by generating lead - Provide post sales services to customers Candidate preferences - Local candidate with good local network - Good communication and charming personality - Candidate must have bike and driving license - Candidate who believe in targets and achievements Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9250,000.00 - 9525,000.00 per year Benefits:
