Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales Lead Specialist role includes Calls, Chats, Emails, Sales, Lead Generation and maintain Database in MS Excel and CRM software etc.
Sales Lead Specialist average 800+ monthly activities including phone calls, emails, and social touches as dictated by the strategy to generate qualified sales ready opportunities.
Sales Lead Specialist will capture key account intel for future marketing segmentation including stakeholder map and decision-making process.
Sales Lead Specialist will cultivate relationships with prospects through ongoing communication and follow-up. Maintain a consistent dialogue to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
Keep detailed records of lead interactions and update the CRM/file system regularly. Ensure accuracy and completeness of lead information to facilitate seamless handoff to the sales team.
Sales Lead Specialist will report weekly to review messaging effectiveness, market feedback, strategy, and program activity/results.
Successful candidates will possess a combination of strategic thinking, communication skills, and a drive for results to effectively generate and nurture leads for the company.
