To achieve Sales targets for the business area and deployment of sales objectives
Increase market share of the sector using the complete potential of DC portfolio
Planning sales strategies based on the developments / dynamics of markets
Drive the team on PAN india level and working in close co-ordination with the team
Monitoring operational activities such as Receivables & overdue.
Reveiw with Sales team on monthly basis towards reduction of overdue amounts.
Identifying the competency of the team & grooming them towards future organizational needs
Qualifications
B.E. in Electrical /Electronics / Instrumentation with 15+ years of experience of similar sector - target OEM's & Project business (including experience of leading the team)
Knowledge & understanding of Motion controllers, Servo Drives, PLC's conveyor systems and applications
Good understanding of Commercial terms and conditions
Negotiation skills & Value add sales
Should be capable of working with team & draw initiatives to meet set targets
Skill Sets:
To Identify, develop & negotiate techno-commercial contracts with OEM's & Project based customers
