Job Description

Group Leader - FPPP All India Responsibility

  • To achieve Sales targets for the business area and deployment of sales objectives
  • Increase market share of the sector using the complete potential of DC portfolio
  • Planning sales strategies based on the developments / dynamics of markets
  • Drive the team on PAN india level and working in close co-ordination with the team
  • Monitoring operational activities such as Receivables & overdue.
  • Reveiw with Sales team on monthly basis towards reduction of overdue amounts.
  • Identifying the competency of the team & grooming them towards future organizational needs
Qualifications
  • B.E. in Electrical /Electronics / Instrumentation with 15+ years of experience of similar sector - target OEM's & Project business (including experience of leading the team)
  • Knowledge & understanding of Motion controllers, Servo Drives, PLC's conveyor systems and applications
  • Good understanding of Commercial terms and conditions
  • Negotiation skills & Value add sales
  • Should be capable of working with team & draw initiatives to meet set targets
Skill Sets:
  • To Identify, develop & negotiate techno-commercial contracts with OEM's & Project based customers
  • Market / Competitor / Product & integration knowledge / Industry segment knowledge
  • Business communication / Presentation based on the data
  • Presentation skills on products
  • Team Leadership / Team Player
  • Customer Relationship management
