Purpose of Position:- The Technical Sales Support & Inside Sales teams are the face and voice of the company as they drive all kinds of interactions with leads and new & existing customers across the country for all our services and products. The goal of the Group Leader is to lead the Technical Sales Support Team & Inside Sales Team to enable our team to provide high-quality customer service and focus on driving inside sales activities.
Qualification Required: - A Master's Degree in Business Administration or similar ( Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication / Electronics is a Plus)

Specific Experience:- Proven leadership experience in sales support or customer service experience is a must ( Experience in the electronics industry is a plus)
Job Responsibilities:-
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, training, and performance monitoring of the technical sales support and inside sales teams.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their sales and sales support needs.
- Monitor performance and achieve quality and quantity targets for inbound - chat, email, and calls.
- Monitor performance and achieve targets of quality and quantity for outbound- emails, and calls.
- Work with key accounts to ensure our service level agreements are met and enable them to grow with us.
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements.
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales and technical sales support administration process.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Handle customer escalations and effectively manage customer grievances by coordinating with other teams in the organization.
- Implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence by cross-selling services and products.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements for the Inside Sales and Technical Sales support team.
- Liaise with Marketing Team to ensure brand consistency for any direct or indirect customer-facing events.
- Enable the software development team to build and ship features that improve customer satisfaction indirectly and directly
