Overview Sales Development is the foundation of our sales organization where new business opportunities around the world become real. The Sales Development Representative supports Netcracker’s outbound sales teams by assisting them through strategic prospecting efforts and extensive account research. New hires will be enrolled in an intensive sales training program that has been built specifically for Sales Development Representatives like you. The purpose of our program is to provide new professionals with the fundamental skills necessary to achieve a successful sales career at Netcracker Technology and Telecom software solutions. During and after the program, all new hires will have direct access to Netcracker’s executive team.
What will be your responsibilities?
You will use your entrepreneurial work ethic and competitive sales personality to identify areas where Netcracker Technology’s technical solutions bring value to our customers.

  • Prospect new business within assigned territory and upgrade current opportunities within existing accounts
  • Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities with a strong focus on new business in assigned territory
  • Support contract negotiations and deal closures
  • Complete customer needs analysis and identify pressure points for all accounts
  • Work collaboratively within a team selling environment and build strong customer relationships
  • Articulate and present Netcracker’s value proposition to customers and prospects
  • Design, plan and execute campaigns supporting channel strategy and revenue growth
  • Support marketing campaigns, tradeshows and other events
What skills and experience will you need for this role?
  • 1-2 years of inside sales and/or client facing sales experience with an understanding of fundamental sales methodology
  • Ability to accurately forecast and report opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
