If this is you, we'd love to hear from you!As the Sales Development Representative, you will
  • Be responsible for managing and closing new sales opportunities in a time-bound manner by qualifying inbound leads, conducting discovery calls, demos, and closing deals over the phone and by e-mail
  • Be able to close sales and meet monthly sales targets
  • Prepare reports/trackers for the various activities involved in achieving the sales plan. Ensure adherence to the sales plan and participate in review with the reporting manager.
Requirements
  • Clear, concise, and compelling oral and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills with an ability to push towards closure
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals
  • Ability to multi-task a high volume of opportunities at all times
  • Strong operational discipline with an ability to log, track and analyse the success of sales initiatives in CRM
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Work location & Job type
  • Our office is located at IIT Madras Research Park, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, surrounded by the beautiful IITM Campus!
  • Terms: This is a full-time position in our Chennai office with an initial training period of 1 month, followed by a hybrid work model
  • Work days: Monday to Friday
