As a Sales Development Representative Team Manager, you will oversee a team of Sales Development Representatives, guiding them in building relationships with major brand names in digital, telecommunications, media, and more. You will play a key role in managing the team\'s performance, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring the success of Vendasta\'s Account Executive team. Lead and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives in qualifying new prospects from leads generated by our Marketing teams
Oversee and guide your team in building rapport with prospects to assess opportunities for partnership via phone, email, and web conferencing
Provide strategic insights to identify prospect needs and present appropriate products and solutions aiming to build excitement about the Vendasta platform
Drive the growth of Vendasta\xe2\x80\x99s partner base by strategizing and ensuring the booking of quality presentations for Account Executives to close
Implement and maintain accurate information tracking in CRMs, ensuring the team\'s efficiency and effectiveness
Foster a culture of exceptional subject matter expertise on owned-and-operated and Marketplace products within the team to educate & energize potential partners
Set and track team goals for daily calls and presentations, striving to exceed these expectations
Build and manage a pipeline of leads and proactively follow up on any missed opportunities
What You Bring to the Table:
4+ yrs of Experience in sales and/or customer service, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and targets\xe2\x80\x94drive and tenacity are a must!
Excellent presentation & communication skills, both written and verbal
Energetic, upbeat, highly motivated leader with the ability to inspire and work collaboratively within a team
Resourceful and curious individual with a sharp intellect and the ability to pick things up quickly
Familiarity with understanding & translating technical concepts; ability to learn & pivot quickly
