JOB DESCRIPTION
Position:- Executive
Section:- Sales & purchasing
Division:- Sales & Purchasing
Report to:- Manager
Qualifications:-
- Male/Female age over 25-35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 3 years of direct experience in sales and purchasing in electronics devices and EMS segment
- Good responsibility & strong in-service mind
- Good command in English
- Can operate MS office
- Have knowledge of EMS sales and purchasing materials
- Have knowledge of MRP system
- Honesty / Integrity / Explicit / Positive/ Can Do Attitude
Duties & Responsibilities:-
- Achieve sales & profit budget
- Control delivery of all suppliers and negotiate with suppliers in case of delivery troubles
- Follow cost reduction every year
- Developing new customer and sourcing new supplier
- Check and follow up PO balance status every week
- Summarize shortage report and follow up
- Negotiate and claim NG parts to supplier
- Follow 5S in office as well as anywhere
- Follow standard of work and company policy
- Improve and development for more efficiency
- Esteem teamwork
