Resolve all the queries/objections of the customers 3. Following up with the customer and facilitate for completion of transaction 4. All Calls made to the customer and respective feedback to be tagged in the system/equivalent software 5. Undertake calling for any special campaigns that DPLI would wish to run through its in- house tele-calling setup C. Job Specifications: Qualifications: Graduate Experience: 1. At least 2-3 year of work experience (previous experience in a similar tele-calling setup highly preferred) D. Key Core/ Behavioural Competencies 1. Strong command over Hindi and English 2. Basic Knowledge of operating in MS Excel and MS Word 3. Ability to multi-task
