What We\'ll Bring: JOB Description . Scrum Master Certification with 8+ years of Scrum Master experience . A minimum of 5 years of experience managing and facilitating program increment (PI) planning readiness, program increment (PI) planning events, and program (PI) execution . Experience working in an Agile organization using Scrum, XP, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) . Servant leader and strong communicator with strong facilitation and collaboration skills . Experience applying Lean Thinking and Systems Thinking in large organizations . Prior experience with Agile Transformation activities . Impact You\'ll Make: Understand the general values and principles of Agile as outlined in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and be fully aligned to those values and principles Serve as the Release Train Engineer for the (ART): facilitate planning and execution of the PI for the ART, as well as relentless improvement at the ART level. Manage the implementation of reporting standards/KPIs across Agile PMO Active membership in the RTE Community of Practice helping the organization to maintain alignment, learn new techniques, and improve technical and quality practices.
