The role provides is a vital ART leadership role in the Open VisaNet Team. This position works with senior Product and Engineering leaders to drive product outcomes for Visa The role works with scrum teams across in Bangalore, UK and West Coast US on a daily basis. Responsibilities And Capabilities RTE to Lead the Agile Release Train with multiple agile scrum teams in 2-3 geographical locations Have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as an RTE Be a seasoned Agile Practitioner and preferable with Scaled Agile expertise Manage the dependencies between ARTs and also align the releases from multiple ARTs Lead the PI Planning events for the ART along with the relevant stakeholders and partners Manage the dependencies and risks in the ARTs during the PI Planning and during execution. Identify if any blockers in the ART\'s deliverable and help to unblock Work with the Product Management on the backlog readiness for the upcoming PI Be an enabler, transformation agent and coach to Engineering stakeholders, Partners, Leadership, Scrum masters and members of the ART Ensure the release readiness of the ART deliverables Have focus on Continuous Improvement for the ART and steer the ART in the right direction Should assess the ART\'s progress and risks in a neutral manner and provide metrics to leadership This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs. Qualifications Basic Qualifications 10+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor\'s Degree or at least 7 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 4 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 13+ years of relevant work experience. Preferred Qualifications 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor\'s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD At least 2 years as an RTE Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
