DevOps Release Train Engineer - IT Service Management
NXP R&D IT manages a large-scale design infrastructure which enables R&D activities in NXP. The design infrastructure consists of 10,000 plus Linux servers located in 7 multi-cloud data centers across the globe. This infrastructure is part of a highly technical and distributed computing environment used for Electronic Design Automation (EDA) project work.
We are seeking a candidate as the Release Train Engineer (RTE) for our Hardware Design Environment (HDE) team. As the RTE of this team, you will play an important role on our Agile release train (ART). Supervising & coaching the ART, to help ensure our HDE teams develop quality solutions and improve support and functionality for our key IT services.
You will contribute and support the product vision and strategy and will be involved with global projects that drive business value and improved HDE resource utilization. You will facilitate definition and execution of our roadmap and product priorities based on a solid understanding of our business needs. As the RTE, you will influence, educate, and articulate the strategic decisions to enable outstanding experiences for our customers.
