Description :The Revenue Mgmt team at RealPage develops and supports the multifamily real estate industry using data driven AI machine learning insights to balance supply and demand. Leveraged by executives of multifamily real estate, Revenue Mgmt is the industry\xe2\x80\x99s leading solution for pricing capabilities.The Business Analyst IV, Revenue Mgmt matrixes to Product Manager, and Product GM, for Revenue Mgmt, and will play a pivotal role in driving the evolution of the solution by furthering the product offering roadmap. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including other product owners, engineering, data science, design, and customer success, to deliver innovative features that will redefine how our customers interact with and extract value from their revenue management products. You will be responsible for the requirements gathering and documentation, refinement sessions, management of development / issues backlog, and creation of user stories and acceptance criteria. • Drive requirements gathering activities, including measurable benefits and value-added outcomes in all the following:

• Define business cases and create business requirements documents
• Create wireframes and mock ups
• Validate that clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases are being created that guide the modeling and development across the platform
• Work closely with data science and development teams to ensure the technical feasibility and scalability of the enhancements
• Champion a user centric approach, working with designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that are seamless across the multiple products involved
• Collaborate with Data Science & QA teams to develop system level integration test plans and validate model performance and outcomes, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations
• Plan and coordinate the releases, including user documentation, training materials and support processes across all the participant products
• Ensure that AI enhancements adhere to RealPage policies for security, privacy and ethical standards
• Execute with excellence, driving projects to meet expected deadlines, overcoming roadblocks and delivering project updates to leadership
• Drive problem management escalation issues to resolution

• Meet service level agreement (SLA) for escalated to development tickets
• Perform triage issue investigation
• Partner with Problem Management to investigate client issue reports
• Work in Azure DevOps TFS

• Maintain tickets and agile boards
• Participate in backlog refinement activities
• Track team performance metrics
• Be accessible to the product and technical teams, reviewing work and answering questions
• Formally review stories for acceptance, including meeting the customer benefit, acceptance criteria and desired level of quality
• Participate and/or present in release demos
• Keep meeting notes and follow up on action items
• Act as a mentor and provide supervision to more junior team members

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree required in a Computer Science, Data Science, Business or related field (Masters preferred)
• 7-9+ years of progressive Product Owner/Mgr experience with an AI application in commercial B2B SaaS offerings
• Strong written communication skills including process and product documentation and demonstrable track record successfully working directly with customer end users.
• Strong attention to detail required for understanding and documenting methodology and logic as well as reviewing and editing content.
• Expert level conducting analysis using SQL to create, update and manage data queries in relational databases
• Demonstrated knowledge of data governance, data architecture, data modeling, data management, data governance and privacy, data quality, data lineage, ETL, and APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Proven project management skills
• Business requirements gathering experience.
• Strong data analysis experience with demonstrated ability to methodically develop solutions for complex problems.
• Broad understanding of ML Ops and SDLC
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Communication \xe2\x80\x93 Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; strong verbal and written communication as well as conflict management skills. Strong ability to navigate complex issues.
• Analytical \xe2\x80\x93 Strong analytical and reasoning skills; must be effective at summarizing and communicating complex information.
• Collaborative \xe2\x80\x93 proven capability to influence and drive cross-functional teams to the successful execution of plans.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with only general direction and minimal supervision.
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

• Real Estate and/or Revenue Management experience is preferred but not a requirement.
• Prior knowledge of demand operations, price optimization in a B2B setting is desired
• Previous experience working with project management and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Confluence, Salesforce, Azure TFS) is a plus.
