Business Banking ("BB"), a division of Consumer and Community Banking, provides deposit, credit, and cash management services to companies with up to approximately $20 million in annual revenue.

Asset & Wealth Management serves institutional, ultra-high net worth, high net worth and individual clients through its Asset Management and Wealth Management ("WM") businesses. Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) exists within Commercial Banking Global Services organization and provides loan servicing functions to all four JPMorgan lines of business. These functions include loan documentation, closing and funding, payment and fee processing, syndication loan and trade processing, credit administration and collateral perfection and management. We are seeking a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Product Owner to lead the development and execution of the CLM strategy to automate and streamline contract processes. This role will define program scope and timeline, engage stakeholders, get agreement on roles and responsibilities, design governance structures, establish milestones, drive prioritization, scale rollout, operationalize processes, configure CLM workflows, monitor progress, escalate issues, and ultimately successfully deliver the strategic CLM program. Key Responsibilities Transformation & Simplification Excellence

  • Build and maintain relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders and get agreement on roles and responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end change management plans to transition from current state to target operating, process or solution models. Driving the adoption of new technology, organizational structures, and responsibilities will be crucial to success in this role
  • Define program scope, as-is & to-be states, timeline, and governance structures, and obtain stakeholder buy-in
  • Identify, evaluate and communicate all issues, risks, decisions, and dependencies to move projects forward on multiple workstreams concurrently
  • Establish core project execution team structure within business or functional areas to identify business requirements
  • Determine and track key performance indicators to measure success, monitor progress, justify investment, and manage budget
  • Ensure smooth transition from project phase to business-as-usual operations
  • Prepare and deliver executive updates and presentations for the Management Team, program stakeholders and the Firm's Operating Committee where CLM is a topic for discussion
  • Orchestrate strategic roadmap, define rules of engagement and prioritize scale rollout
  • Collaborate with Implementation and Customer Readiness for change awareness, and conduct training for successful releases
  • Perform competitor/industry research/benchmarking leveraging public/non-public sources
  • Contribute to CLM workflow configurations, custom reporting, leverage AI capabilities, etc.

Talent
  • Bachelor's Degree with 10 - 12 years' experience including minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or loan servicing work, preferably for commercial lending or experience in a Back office/Financial industry
  • Relevant experience in a relevant Operations management role, ideally with expertise in CLM
  • Proven ability to deliver large scale, firmwide industry/regulatory change projects
  • Strong leadership, management, influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Accountability and ownership with the ability to "invent with intention" and "get things done"
  • Balanced stakeholder management approach that achieves team alignment and results
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with a strong interest in learning, creating efficient processes and a seamless user experience
  • Tech-savvy and well-versed in legal enterprise software, tools, and applications, including familiarity and practical expertise with CLM software products
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or XP development methodology
  • Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
