A retail vertical expert with more than 10 yrs exp on Retail domain (CPG, Retailers, ISVs) and greater than 15 yrs of Industry experience. Well versed with Retail transformation trends both for online and offline store. End to End systems knowledge in the retail ecosystem covering Omnichannel, Merchandizing, Promotions, Retail Analytics, Marketing, Pricing, PoS, Supply chain system, Logistics and Warehouse management. Exposure to implementation of immersive experience related user journeys including software and device integration Lead initiatives to enhance technical and solution capabilities of the retail vertical Build GTM strategies to acquire new clients and logos in addition to helping the sales and delivery team to mine the existing accounts. Prepare, Present and defend RFP responses in front of customers Excellent communication and presentation skills.
