Technical Pre Sales Lead We are seeking a Technical Pre-Sales Lead to join our Core Digital Unit. As a Technical Pre-Sales Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support during the sales process to help our clients understand and evaluate our Cloud Data Analytics, EAI, and RPA solutions. You will work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide technical solutions that meet those needs. 15+ years of minimum experience with at least 5+ years in global technical pre sales lead, solution architecture, or related field. Manage technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses, including solution design, proposal writing, and pricing. Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics. Provide technical training and support to sales team members. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers Continuously update and enhance technical knowledge of Cloud Data Analytics, EAI, and RPA solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions that meet those needs. Technical expertise : Strong understanding of Cloud Data Analytics, EAI, and RPA technologies and their business applications. Proposal management : be skilled in management of multiple proposals and have experience leading large and complex multiyear proposals. Experience managing RFP/RFI responses and delivering technical proposals with a winning proposition. Communication : An effective communicator, able to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in preparing and delivering technical proposals and presentations. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Technical / Managerial Role and Responsibilities Proven track record in crafting end-to-end winning proposals for technical programs in the areas of Cloud, Data, Analytics, RPA and EAI. Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure service level agreements are met Provide timely and accurate progress updates on delivery and business opportunities to senior management Organize mindshare workshops with the clients and practice units for potential new opportunities Provide thought leadership to create business value for the client Participate in estimation and scoping sessions Drive delivery lead sales effort and solutions demos with perspective clients Ensure delivery and contractual compliance across the portfolio Certifications [Must have two] Agile Program Management A PMP or Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP) Agile Product owner Scrum Master Advantageous Cloud Certifications Data Certifications Automation Certifications General Responsibilities Provides leadership, direction and mentorship to members of the team. Oversees multiple team of developers and ensures strict standards are followed. Works as an advocate for team needs such as software, equipment, and training. Assists with mentoring and training of all team members. Maintains strong focus on customer service to all internal clients. Responds to client inquiries and requests. Helps define and enforce processes and procedures in the Applications Develops and maintains software applications according to specifications. Maintains source code control system and application software versioning. Identifies emerging technologies that will help the company better leverage resources. Adheres to Firm processes for change and configuration management, contributing to ongoing maintenance of audits and other security/compliance initiatives.
