YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE: 7+ years of experience in hospitality Industry. Hotel Management degree / relevant diploma Excellent Communication and presentation skills. Ability to think strategically, inductively and creatively. Strong Leadership abilities. Ability to enhance organizational performance, clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities. Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Plan, forecast and budget the revenues and costs for the Food & Beverage department. Ensure that the company and hygiene standards are maintained in all areas. Organize food festivals and also develop guest loyalty and retention programes. To be fully conversant with all statutory requirements regarding food and beverage operations. Ensure that your F & B team delivers quality, at all points of sale in the hotel.
