YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

- 7+ years of experience in hospitality Industry.
- Hotel Management degree / relevant diploma
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically, inductively and creatively.
- Strong Leadership abilities.
- Ability to enhance organizational performance, clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

- Plan, forecast and budget the revenues and costs for the Food & Beverage department.
- Ensure that the company and hygiene standards are maintained in all areas.
- Organize food festivals and also develop guest loyalty and retention programes.
- To be fully conversant with all statutory requirements regarding food and beverage operations.
- Ensure that your F & B team delivers quality, at all points of sale in the hotel.
- Analyse customer feedback and implement any corrective actions with the agreement of management.
