Job Description
We are looking for Restaurant / Bar Manager in New Zealand.To be considered for this role, you should have at least 3-years relevant work experience working in a Restaurant with a Bar at Supervisor / Manager position.The ideal candidate should have exceptional knowledge about the variety of liquours including Wines, Vodkas and Scotch.Would be an advantage if you have a qualification in customer service, business or management, but not mandatory.Some of the daily tasks would be:
- Demonstrates and encourages exceptional guest service
- Manages and leads the bar team in the performance of their duties
- Maintains inventory.
- Train new and current employees
- Implement policies and procedures
- Control operational costs
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Coordinating the effective, professional day-to-day running of the services
- Consistently looking at ways to improve the quality of our service
- Take feedback from the customers
- Respond to customer's inquiries and complaints
- Ensure customer service standards are met
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the store in the allocated shift
- Flexible shift
