   We need a list of candidates for Horeca Manager FMCG, Beverages Industry. JD below

Exp        : 10+ years
Industry  : FMCG only
Preferred: Beverages.
Candidate should have strong experience of handling team & channel.

? Handle B2B sales to various 5 star Hotels, MCR, Industrial Caterers and Hospitality sector client - this is must  
? Regular calls and periodic meetings with clients to share product portfolio and
understand changing or additional needs in tune with current market
? To increase the profitability of the organization through Proactive Client Servicing and
increasing basket size of clients.
? Timely Account Reconciliation and ensuring timely payments from clients as per set TOT
? Addressing customer complaints and concerns and resolving them to achieve customer
satisfaction and in turn customer delight
? Track Revenue Growth for TOP customers cluster wise
? Responsible for managing the entire customer base registered in the region and
increase revenue per customer, reduce revenue leakages, ensure high customer
satisfaction level.
? Defining and Maintaining Credit Control Process across the cluster/ territory allocated
? Keep track on Account Receivables
? SMNE Management
? Overall Adherence to Business Rules, HR Policies/Practices and meeting guidelines
issued from HO from time to time. Profile Summary

Candidate Specification:
? MBA with 5+ years of experience in Liquor Trade or Beverages industry
? Fluency in Spoken English is must
? Strong working knowledge of the assigned territory is must
