Role: Zonal Manager West

Reporting to National Head
Role responsibilities :
- Responsible for achieving P&L targets of the region.
- Create and execute channel expansion programs basis market potential.
- Use market insights and past data to forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets.
- Strategy and execution of developing new distributors/dealers.
- Monitor competitor's activities, including sales and market activations.
- Establish systems, processes, and review mechanisms to support channel growth.
- Monitor the performance of the sales team and motivate members to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Hire and groom team members to build a robust internal talent pipeline to meet the future business growth aspirations.
