Designation: Regional Sales Manager/Zonal Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai/Pune/Ahmedabad

Working Days: 6 days, WFO

Experience:2-4 years

Roles and responsibilities:

\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for selling the product range in private and government Hospitals.

\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for driving revenue and profitability goals of a region across all customer segments.

\xe2\x97\x8f Identify, develop & manage different channels of business in the area.

\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for developing, monitoring sales activities and implementing corrective actions to achieve targets.

\xe2\x97\x8f Identify market development opportunities and increase unit growth, profitability and category share for assigned customers.

\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure a programmatic engagement between the company and Key account.

\xe2\x97\x8f Set short- and long-term sales strategies and targets for the team, evaluate effectiveness. \xe2\x97\x8f Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results

\xe2\x97\x8f Maintain sales volume, product mix.

\xe2\x97\x8f Sell to existing and potential direct accounts as well as provide sales support to distribution partners to participate in closing and order or to facilitate and add value to the selling process

\xe2\x97\x8f Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition for his/her defined geography and accounts.

\xe2\x97\x8f Provide technical information and explanations.

\xe2\x97\x8f Work Closely with the Clinical Affairs department in supporting post marketing surveillance activities.

\xe2\x97\x8f Understand Government Business and identify opportunities to gain entry into Govt Projects & Hospital Sales

Skills:

\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent degree

\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 2-4 years\' prior industry related business development experience

\xe2\x97\x8f Relevant experience in OBGYN medical device industry

\xe2\x97\x8f Willing to work with a start-up

\xe2\x97\x8f Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies

\xe2\x97\x8f Focused and goal-oriented
