Looking for experienced Professional and experienced restaurant, cafe and bar manager. Some who is able to manage a complex work environment of efficiently managing the 2 - different units in the same premise: Zephyr Cafe and Szafran Bar & Restaurant The candidate must showcase that he understands - Restaurant Operations - Bar Operations - Cafe Operations - Knows how to handle overall procurement - Able to work and report sales with the support of POS such as Petpuja - Understand and able to handle EXCISE/ liquor procurement - Able to improve overall service standards across the establishment - Good with handling customer complaints and take on spot decision Professional degree & certification in Hotel Management is a significant advantage Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 920,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
