Performance Marketing Specialist

About the company:
The Restack is a prop-tech firm based out of Bangalore. Through our technology-based investing platform, we are democratizing access to Institutional grade real estate investments. The platform enables fractionalization of large real estate investments into small investment sizes, making them accessible to the retail investor and enabling portfolio diversification. Restack provides the retail investor attractive risk adjusted returns through a turnkey approach to property investing, which is backed by a fully digital investment process and active property management by our inhouse team.

Each investment is sourced and screened by us and is secured by underlying real estate across office, warehousing, co-living, co-working and other emerging real estate asset classes.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute all paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, Linkedin, etc

- Manage and optimize SEO strategies, implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success.

- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis to identify opportunities for targeting and segmenting campaigns effectively.

- Generate compelling content on the latest industry-related topics, produce marketing copy for ads, and promote company content on social media platforms.

- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-ranked landing pages and optimize user experience for lead generation.

- Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement to the paid campaign. Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing channels and advertising campaigns.

- Keep abreast of industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.

- Engage with external performance marketing vendors and agencies to leverage their expertise and capabilities effectively.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, product, and sales, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, new tools, and emerging trends in performance marketing to implement cutting-edge strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Master\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in marketing/business administration/any other relevant discipline.

- Proven working experience of 1-2 years in performance marketing, preferably in B2C/fintech/proptech domain.

- Working knowledge of ad serving tools and platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.).

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
