l Plan and execute performance marketing for Angara in multiple international geographies.
l Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against measurable goals (ROI and KPIs)
l Managing budgets and campaigns across paid digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
l Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
l Brainstorm new and creative growth marketing strategies.
l Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
l Coordinate with creative & content for ideation of concepts and copy-writing in line with the overall brand strategy.
l Ideate, plan, and execute customer engagement activities through social media platforms.
l Analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
l Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
l Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
l Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
SKILLS
l Proven working experience of 5-6 years in digital marketing
l Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
l Possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
l Good knowledge of different digital marketing channels
l Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
l GIAQ/Ads and other certification is plus
l Must possess a strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
l Good interpersonal and communication skills.
l Exposure to international markets (UK/ AU/ CA/ EU/ GCC and others) is a plus
l Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus.
