• Understand and acquire thorough knowledge of various products of the company
• Maintain close contact with customers to know their requirement and close the sales
• Coordinate with sales team for setting up meetings/demo with customers and close the sales
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer\'s complaint / issues
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing the goals set out by the company

What are we looking for:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Gujarati is a must, command over English and Hindi languages will be an added advantage
• Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to demonstrate professional grammar and diction is a must
• Proficient in using MS Office Software mainly\xe2\x80\xaf Word, Excel, Outlook &\xe2\x80\xaf\xe2\x80\xafPowerPoint with excellent documentation skills
• Possess an ability to establish a rapport with customers, identify their concerns and needs and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
• Good general knowledge as well as market knowledge of Real Estate sector in Gujarat will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 912,000.00 - 918,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Rotational shift
