JD for Multiple Interaction/Complaint Management System/Escalation:
Hiring for Male Candidates Only
Education : Graduates is mandatory. BE/BTech/Diploma in Engineering is not eligible.
Communication : Excellent Communication in Spoken English, Hindi and any One Regional Language.
Experience : Minimum 1 - 3 years in Customer Support Voice Process is Must. Candidate should have handled voice calls. Non Voice Experience will not be considered.
Week Off : 6 Days working with 1 Rotational Week Off(No Saturday/Sunday Off)
Shift : Must be flexible to work between 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Salary – 25,600 CTC to 27,000 CTC and 22,000 to 24,000 Take Home.
The candidate should have 1-2 years of relevant experience with excellent communication skills and demonstrate a strong delivery track record of handling all social media platforms,
Multiple Interaction :
Duties and responsibilities:-
· Close liaison with other parts of the organization to ensure excellent customer service is being delivered
· Respond and react to changes within social networks – functionality, etiquette, reporting etc
· Monitor and present relevant data, trends, successes, exceptions etc ORM (Online response management ) / Voice
· Utilise great web etiquette skills to ensure you deliver the right message online, help people, etc ‘Think on your feet’ real time content writing, online discussion, interactions etc. Creative input on content, ideas on social media
· 9 hours shifts and 1 Rotational Weekly Off (No Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
Required:-
· Experience band 1 -2 years in Handling Escalation Calls, Customer Support Calls.
· Good understanding online reputation management
· Zeal to innovate and improvise
