Order Acknowledgement : Outbound Process 100 calls min/day Hiring Criteria: Education : Graduates Mandatory. UG and Post Graduates will not be eligible. Graduate Fresher with strong English communication is fine. Experience : 2 years + in BPO preferably Outbound Call Center Experience. Candidate must be ready to make 100+ Outbound calls on a daily basis.
Offs : 6 Days working and 1 Rotational Off (No Saturday/Sunday Off) CTC : 20,000 - 22,000 p/m Take Home : upto 19,000 Verbal and Written Communication has to be very good in English and any 1 Regional language (Verbal). No MTI, Grammatical and Sentence Construction Errors while speaking. Date of Joining : Immediate. Graduate Freshers are eligible..

Duties and responsibilities :- · Responsibility for hands on to work on complaints (target 100 approx) · Good communication skills · Use of all the application to resolve issue if its unresolved · Maintain a track record of the complaints · Monitor and present relevant data, trends, successes, exceptions etc
· Outbound calling · Close liaison with relevant team to highlight issues to ensure excellent customer service is being delivered
